SHIPPING INFORMATION
At MAGGINA, we ship worldwide. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days.
1. DELIVERY METHODS & TIMES
Domestic Orders (Greece)
All orders within Greece are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki.
- Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days (Island and remote areas may take longer).
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
International Orders (Rest of World)
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express for fast and reliable delivery.
- Estimated Delivery: 1-5 business days depending on the destination.
- Tracking: A DHL tracking link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
2. IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS & DUTIES (Non-EU Countries)
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- Product prices displayed on our site exclude all taxes and duties.
- As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
- Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the return shipping costs and any applicable administrative fees from your refund.
3. DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your address is filled out correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you are not home during the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a note or contact you to arrange a new delivery or pickup. If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return the items within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order.
1. RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- It must not be a "Last Chance" / Final Sale item (unless faulty).
2. HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Email us at maggina.brand@gmail.com stating your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship It: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

Please note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. We recommend using a service with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
3. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty).
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- "Last Chance" items: These are final sale.
- Hygiene items: Swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
5. FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at maggina.brand@gmail.com with a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
